Tenant Application
Howell House is open to single males, females, and couples aged 55 and older who are looking for a supportive and independent living environment. Ideal residents are those who can no longer manage fully in an independent setting but do not require full-time attendant services.
Priority is given to applicants who meet the following criteria:
- Must be 55 years of age or older
- Must be able to pay the monthly fee from their income and/or assets
- Must be able to maintain the apartment with the provided services
- Must agree to disclose relevant health information to enable Howell House to offer appropriate services
If you want to become a resident, please download and complete the Tenant Application. Applications are reviewed in the order they are received, and applicants may be interviewed upon receipt of the completed application.
